The sound doesn’t work

No sound in the game the volume button in the upper right does nothing. Both games from this vendor I have downloaded behave the same way, no sound.

Very engaging. My only complaint is that when she earns a “stamp,” she wants to stamp a face of the purple and pink haired puppets, not just shapes like hearts.

Cubic frog is versatile. It can be used with preschoolers and mentally challenged students. The colors sound and movements captivate and hold a students attention. Well worth the cost of the app.

Charged Twice

I purchased this item on Jan 08, 2020. It never unlocked so I kept hitting restore purchase and it kept giving me an error message. I finally hit the unlock button again and it charged my card again. It finally unlocked the app but I got charged twice just for this to happen. I reported a problem on the website and I was told that my problem does not make me eligible for a refund ?.
