Charged Twice – ABC Coloring Book - EduPaint Review

I purchased this item on Jan 08, 2020. It never unlocked so I kept hitting restore purchase and it kept giving me an error message. I finally hit the unlock button again and it charged my card again. It finally unlocked the app but I got charged twice just for this to happen. I reported a problem on the website and I was told that my problem does not make me eligible for a refund ?.
