95% of the time the card is read properly. It is convenient when working trade shows and collecting many cards.

Deletes contacts

I spent hours uploading all my business card contacts and then threw the physical cards away, happy to have them stored digitally. Now I find out this app deletes your contacts after a period of inactivity. What a waste of time and money.

Best for Business Cards

Fantastic App 268 contacts!!!!!

I volunteer with many groups. I also have a business and friends from different groups. This app is the only way I can keep all my contacts in one place but divided among the various groups where I know them! Of all the apps I've ever owned, this has to be my all time favorite! This also makes life so easy when I upgrade my cell phone and need to move my contacts over!

Doesn’t Work

Started using app and it flat out doesn’t work. What a waste of $60.00

Great app

I love not having to keep business cards

Needs improvement

OCR needs improvement. I still have to correct entries due to poor character recognition and incorrect field placement of characters

Works great - I am revising my review, Dec 2021

Dec 2021: all of a sudden the app is asking me to allow ads, which is really annoying, given that I paid for the app. And second - it will no longer sync the scanned card info. No idea what happened. —- Original review: Every time, any card. Stop being cheap and getting frustrated with the free apps.

Needs much improvement

I chose this over Scan Biz Card specifically because of the auto cropping feature and reports of ease of use/ high ratings. It has taken over an hour to scan in and modify only 20 cards due to OCR difficulties, transposed addresses, phone number changes, constant need to retype etc. It has been a slog. Here are my suggestions: 1. The reader needs to determine credentials listed behind names and have a different box for these. The app has repeatedly and consistently put credentials as a last name. 2. Phone numbers should import already formatted and there needs to be a section for extensions. The app keeps putting unknown country codes that must be corrected. Many are imported as a solid block of numbers that need to be dashed. 3. A standard country address format or the ability to create appropriate address lines within this field - 4 to 5 lines for the US: building, street, suite/mail code/other and city/state/zip. This import is consistently poor with frequent transposing of the zip, state or a street name out of location. 4. I’ve had a few cards not scan - the manual adjustment is cumbersome, but doable. 5. Ability to scan the back of the card is needed. When I attempted this, instead of getting an image, it converted the whole thing to text, which isn’t what I want or need and I can’t find a means to delete it. When I have been able to scan the back the app crashes. 6. In theory, the app is supposed to identify when it may have missed a conversion by highlighting the text in blue - I have encountered several errors not in blue. 7. I really like the auto crop feature, but I have a few cards with printing very close to the edge that gets cut off by a letter or number. The margins of the auto crop may need to be adjusted. 8. The app keeps interpreting GA the state as Georgia the country Right now the cost of the app isn’t justified given the need to manually correct significant parts of every card. I expected much better function that what I have experienced. Update: customer service is horrible. Despite multiple screenshots of every identified defect and the cooresponding card, they 'aren't able to reproduce the errors' and therefore aren't going to do anything about them. Given the extensive formatting issues, I don't expect an Excel export to be accurate, but it will still be better than this app. Over 2 years later, all issues remain unchanged
