Won’t recognize my Purchased Subscription

I purchased YEARLY subscription last Feb 2018. Sometime late summer after app update I lost subscription and all progress on app. After providing copy of PAID Receipt to customer service they responded that premium account doesn’t correspond with my Apple ID email used to purchase subscription. Now I’m up for yearly renewal and still don’t have access to premium services paid for in 2018! It is very frustrating not having access to a program I paid for.

La atención al cliente de ABA English es muy mala, yo compré un curso premiun y solo tuve acceso a 6 clases de las 144 que trae el curso; no obstante, cuando pague el mismo me enviaron correo dándome la bienvenida al curso premium, ante tal situación y visto que no estuve conforme con ello, solicité que me devolvieran la cantidad que cancele por el curso; después de más de dos semanas y ante mis reiteradas solicitudes fue acordado el día 17/01/19, que me sería reintegrado el pago a la tarjeta de crédito, que ello se tardaría unos días por asuntos internos del banco; sin embargo, hoy 04/02/19, aún no han reintegrado el dinero, a pesar de mi insistencia para que me sea devuelto lo que cancele. A la fecha, servicio al cliente de ABA me señala que mi solicitud fue resuelta, lo cual no es cierto, no me han acreditado el dinero, es una falta de seriedad no ser eficientes y oportunos en la resolución de las solicitudes, adicional a ello, no son explícitos cuando promocionan sus cursos de manera que el cliente potencial puede tener claro cuál es el servicio que está comprando. Los posibles clientes deben tener en cuenta que si se les presenta una eventualidad con el curso, ABA no es oportuna y además es ineficiente, no los recomiendo
Not effective at all

I downloaded this app yesterday and add my paypal account information in order to try a few days. Ao the first 7days are free and there is annual membership fee. This app may good for learning English beginner but it didn’t help me at all. Information was not completed. For example there are some stories in business level, asking you is this picture related to previous story, unfortunately there is no pic. I strongly not recommend this app to my friends. Its much better just learn English from YouTube. Since yesterday, I was trying to cancel my subscription but there is no button to cancel my payment information. There is no customer service phone number neither.

Take care with this company!!!! They will charge you for a subscription that you don’t want. If you need to cancel they won’t answer. After one year, they renew automatically my subscription. I asked to cancel my subscription but they renew and charged me $89,99! I was luck to have paypal and they will open a process to help me. I have hope to get my money back.
