Does not work without internet!!!

It does not work without internet!!! I payed full price for the year and can not use it at all, as I do not have an instant internet connection. I am working on the ship. I wrote few times already asking to fix the problem with my account, but there is no reaction at all! Hope this time somebody would read my message and help me to fix it finally!

The courses are not accessible

I like this app but the trouble to download courses exists all the time. I can’t access to the clicks. Also can’t download it through the offline channel. I don’t think it’s my internet issue. Please help me to deal with that. Or I just have to unsubscribe it.

If you want to contact customer service, you lose your time because the phone never answers and if you write an email you will never have a coherent answer to what you wrote or they simply tell you to contact Apple Support.

I’ve done 100% of everything and I can’t download my certificates. You won’t be able to contact with ABA help center.

I made subscribe for one month but this is several months that they deduct money from my account, in help center I sent massage for cancel it but they didn’t and charge again on me even they didn’t contact me. I open fraud case on my bank for refund my money. DO NOT USE THIS ACADEMY.
