Writing part not working

I was very happy with the purchase yesterday but today I’m trying to pass the writing exercise and everything is alright and is not letting me pass to the test please help I don’t want to cancel the subscription. My writing is perfectly fine exactly as the Aswer but it keeps giving me an error and this is exactly why I left this course years ago I thought it would be better by now .

I like this program, because learning English is very easy.

The app is not working after the latest update. I’m entering the correct answer (I verified it with the hint answer they provide), but it still recognizes it as a wrong answer, highlighting the part which is exactly the same as in their answer. Very frustrating for a paid user.

After last update, the app has some issues and I can not complete my lessons, special on the write part. How can it accept that we write “I’ve”? I have this problem in more than one chapter and I cannot advance the lesson because of that!

La aplicación era bastante buena, pero con las actuaciones quitaron 95% de los ejercicios y prácticas. Ya no vale la pena This app used to be really good, but the last updates messed it up. It doesn't work now!

It was helpful , for the first year once you done one time , you can’t restart the progress study again. All the answer stay there. Also now you can’t open the video ad pup-up , unless you download adobe won’t work which cost you $29 a month. For this reason , paid but I’m not using it. Become useless.

I’ve been learning English with this app for almost 1 year. I use it on both my Android phone and iPad but there are some issues on iPad os version if they could fix these problems it would be great. first problem, there’s no split view supported! I want to use the app with dictionary app at the same time but it’s not possible, another thing is that the list view on speak section is much better on android version cause there’s no difference between speakers sentences and additional sentence in iPad version. And finally sometimes app is not synchronized for instance I finished one section but on my phone still not completed! and live English has same problem too.
