It’s actually a pretty good app I used this app called daily workouts and if nothing I tried it for 2 weeks and I didn’t do anything it felt like but this app you can trust because it tells reminders about to stretch on break days to make a constant routine so I highly suggest you download this app I went from an adult medium to kids large in two weeks with the same workout routine for 10 mins I feel sooooo alive

Granted there are only 3 workouts on the free version, they are awesome. If your not looking to get buff, just tone, this app is great. I love you can pick your time and it adapts your workout to fit the time you have.

The workouts are great, but every time I open the app it stays frozen on the same screen. Sometimes it’s from my last workout, and sometimes it’s the home page with the workout options. After about 5 minutes (sometimes more) of no progress I end up having to delete the app and re-download it. This has happened almost every time I use it and it’s pretty weird.

This app is great! You can sit your phone down or connect it to the tv & make your friends work out with you! The minutes & the short rest pushes you and if you do everything it asks you’ll definitely feel it in your core, for beginners & super ripped people! I recommend this!

If you use this app for 45 days and sustain a good diet,and workout 20 mins daily you will get a six pack!

I never had abs in my entire life, to much drinking and eating like a pig. I’ve been using sworkkit core workout for the past five weeks, consistently every day, and the results are starting to show. I stare at my abs all the time now. I love how my side looks and it’s all to those numerous planks and side bridges you throw my way. I actually have a shot at becoming a Chippendale dancer now. Nice job It would be nice if we could exclude some workouts before starting, but I’m perfectly happy using the fast forward button

If start small and add to the timer when you can handle it, you notice change very fast. I’ve been on and off with the app. Anytime I start again it gets me feeling stronger within 2 weeks.
