Doing the motions you can really see where you need to improve. It challenges you to go for the gold and not give up cause it's hard. The timer is perfect and the break time is on point. Can't wait to see a better me

i’m really not into working out but i’m going on a trip soon where bathing suits are a necessity so i’m trying to get into shape. since i’m really not keen on exercising and would much rather sit on the couch watching tv while eating crisps. but this app makes working out like FUN. i don’t get it but yah 10/10 recommendation

I’m only 12 and I am skinny but I just really want abs? cause u know why not but I always try to do workout and sometimes there are to hard this app a AMAZING YOU MUST GETTT

I came into this as a pretty fit dude, cardio wise, but I never worked out my core. This app is the right fit for me when I was just starting, and also still provides a tough workout when i got more advanced. Also it showed me some workouts I've never tried before. Felt like I had to give it a good review because of all its done in my life, without having stupid ads like ALL the other workout apps I've tried. Great app! ?
