I was loving this app and was enjoying the 7 day free trial. I was actually gonna keep it and pay for it monthly up until they charged me $16 on the 4th day of having the app. The 7 day free trial was even over yet. But whatever i went ahead and cancelled the subscription. What a scam.

Bought a year of Aaptiv to be able to row and then all of the workouts disappeared. The worst.

Love my apt I’ve workouts. Wish there were a few more walking workouts. I try to walk 4x/wk as an extra. Also when I walk I would like a spot to record it on my “coach” log.

I’m trying very hard to get into shape, and all of the sudden Covid-19 hits. This app has been a game changer. I can do all my workouts indoors and i still get my butt whooped! I’m inspired and feel unstoppable. Love Aaptiv!

With the new update, Aaptiv draws (a lot of times) wrong calories information from your watch.

Avoid this product!!! I signed up for what I thought was a subscription with a 7 day trial period but when I tried to cancel after using just one day I was unable to get my money back. I tried to resolve this via customer service and they have been unwilling to do the right thing

I wish it would also track the GPS position while running with just the Apple Watch. I wish it would show the current distance and pace on the Apple Watch. I wish it would give customized audio cues such as “good job, this interval was on average 10s faster per mile”

It's like soulcycle by I don't have to go anywhere. Excellent use of Instagram advertising.

It’s nice to have a plethora of personal trainers you can take anywhere. Currently I am stuck at home due to social distancing. It’s helping me keep up my fitness and not go too stir-crazy.

You buy the app, but instead of giving you full access it forces you to complete a “starter workout.” Guess what, I am an adult who can figure out what workout I want to conduct and I paid $15 to make that choice. Stop with the babying nonsense and let consumers use the app from the beginning.
