OK app, can use some refinement

Under my account/view membership card would like way to add to wallet. Would like to be able to print policy documents from app. No print option available.

In this new release, the TripTik function no longer works. That function is now only avalobale in the web version. Was this planned or is the app broken? TripTik was better in the app.

I can't even get past the page where I need to enter my zip code. This is completely useless and I will delete it.

I like the app for the most part but some other features would really be nice. I would like it more if it had a remember me feature that kept you logged in and/or Touch ID.

Been with AAA for many years and with all the changes at the service which are not good, this app follows suit, trying to look at my account in the app and the wheel spins endlessly, same with other parts of app. AAA used to be a service u can trust but over the past couple years of service shortfalls and glitches I'm wondering if their are other service providers..

I'm glad the roadside service is better than the app. I can view my card, but all the links just open browser window to the website.

App seems to work fine so far, but one idea is, it would be nice to see Roadside Service requests and confirmation numbers after they've been submitted (with a time stamp). I made a request but the app allows me to go in and make a duplicate request - there is no verifying that my first request went through. If I have to call to verify or get a status, doesn't that defeat a main functionality of the app?!

I've been with aaa for less than a month and this app is horrible. I new updated version is frozen on my iPhone 6 Plus. I can't delete the app or anything, to start over. And to think I left MetLife Auto & Home for this madness!!!!!
