Do they test these things prior to release?

One day it works the next day it doesn't. Tells me I am not connected to Internet yet I am. Today it loads up but nothing happens when you tap the play button. What a crappy app and I won't get into the stupid karaoke ad one must suffer through when it boots up. Do you people ever really test these things prior to release.
