Virtual Office is a great app as it has a nice overlay over your phones interface. When taking calls they log it in your call phones normal call log but it labels which one is from virtual office. One bug that annoys the crap out of my OCD is that the notifications aren't always cleared. Sometimes you've read a message but the red icon with the number of unread messages or calls still stays.

The 8x8 iOS app has significantly improved with the latest release with much more stable features. Love it!!

I can get my work calls on my mobile with high quality! Great app for businesses to stay connected when the want too.
"Unknown" caller id

New app is completely integrated with my cell phone, so I can't tell if someone is calling my office line or my cell. Well, I wouldnt be able to except that all calls to my office line now show up as "unknown". This update has not improved the app at all.

Keeps saying trying to connect. Then no internet connection when trying to message someone. Wanting to switch back to the previous version that worked. I will get phone calls but thats it. New version is terrible.

Such a shame, by removing contacts grouping and filtering they have crippled this app. They so far show no desire to add it back. If they don't fix it I'm going to be moving my 70+ 8x8 users to a different voip provider with better software and attention to detail.
