Needs a lot of work

Can’t believe it’s blending my personal contacts with with work calls. so freaking dumb.

Getting better

Joshwestpalmbeach

It seems like the app call quality is getting better but still not as good as it should be. I haven’t been dropping as many calls but still needs work. Thank you.

(solved),SMS broke on ipad

Two_Dogs

the app works well since last update, good job Dev!

Great call quality

Alicia1Love

Very pleased with the call quality. I previously used ShoreTel mobility and there was always a delay. Made it impossible to take calls on the go. Now I have confidence to call my customers from anywhere.

Calls messages meetings and collaboration all in one app. Use it daily and have had no issues

HATE this app so bad!!!

Xazilizax

I REALLY HATE this app...and hate is a strong word that I don’t use often. I am forced to use this app for my job. Everytime I sign in to the app on my iphone X, All of the call log and Missed calls log comes back everytime I delete them. Also, everytime I answer a call, I’m always getting “Poor Connection” (Wifi works perfectly fine). Soooooo annoying when you have to answer work calls. Garbage!

To get Video Settings, turn iPad vertical (Portrait)

Just.Russ.

I tried to join a meeting using this app using just the MeetingID and when I connected, I had no settings, anywhere. You want to know how to get settings on an iPad so that you can turn on video? Turn your iPad vertical, put it in Portrait Mode. -_- No instructions, no help on this. Luckily, I threw my iPad across the room and it landed in Portrait mode and then the settings appeared, otherwise I would have just given up on the meeting all-together, and severed my ties with the CPA firm that uses this trash app. Awful.
