I was looking and looking for a app that was free and that could keep me fit with food and exercises. This app is truly amazing. I am so glad I found this app. You can start of easy and work your way to a challenge. You should really get this app. Very helpful if you want to say fit.?❤️
What I was looking for

The workouts are perfect, with great variety. The food options are great but not all things that I would just have in my home and requires planning if you’re not near groceries with a variety of fresh produce. The music is great but shuts off or pauses easily, but generally the best app I’ve used.

awesome app! helps you work out when you want too! specialized workouts for you and how you want to look like! i’ve done it for 2 weeks and i look forward to my workouts!

The subscription is a bit expensive, but it gives a custom meal plan to what you need, and leaves out food you don’t like. Also gives you set workouts to do everyday that are only 9 minutes long. It’s been amazing.

I love this app! It is the the best workout app available and they added sleep meditation! My only 2 wishes are: landscape support and Siri Shortcuts support. When I lay down on my back to exercise, the easiest way and the direction of most covers, is to prop the iPad up in a landscape. Siri shorts support for starting the next workout or doing a sleep meditation would be awesome!
