This app is not one I would recommend. Childish in its graphics and no professional presentation. Complete garbage and unfortunately not worth $0.99.
Nice app to keep you motivated. I've been using it for over a week and i feel the difference already.
I've only had this app for about a week & I already see a difference in my body's toning & I feel the burn. It may only be a 8 min work out. but it has had a serious effect on my body. I'm hella happy I got this app. You won't be disappointed !!!
Like it a lot. Great to get a jump start. Would suggest dual reminder settings for weekdays and weekends. You would need to repeat the side plank and side push ups to include both sides. Maybe add a feature where you can log the number of push-ups, lunges, crunches, etc. you were able to do in 30 secs to record your progress.
I use this app several times a week. It's easy to follow and the sound cues are helpful when your focus is elsewhere. Neat and clean, no bugs so far.
This app did just what I wanted it to do - it got me doing simple strength training on a regular basis. There are no excuses when it only takes 8 to 10 minutes – it really is a fun and fast way to get in shape. I just wish it had a calorie counter so I can estimate the calories I spend on the work out.
I use it ever day. Feeling much better and trimmer after a month.
This is a great app if you want a quick way to be in shape. I use it almost every day. Always a challenge !
