I'm terrible at making my own workout so this makes it easier for me because it's already set! I do wish there were more free workout set ups and that you didn't have to pay to create your own but other than that this is an awesome app!

Everyday I would jog and then do the 7 minute workout and I got stronger within one week! Now my basketball skills have improved and I can get in the game so much more than I used to!!!?

Haven't paid for anything yet so can't speak on that behalf. I workout fairly often and this was challenging yet manageable. Gets most of the major muscle groups. Convenient when you don't have anything around to work out with.

I like my workouts short and effective :). It was nice having no equipment and the directions on how to do the move without having to look it up! Got me sweating and heart pumping! :)

Great app! Especially useful on lazy days when you don't feel like going to the gym. I like to use it after my cardio and weight training as well. It gives you a heads up of which exercise is up next so you have time during your rest time to get ready. I also like that it has video instructions to ensure you are doing the exercises correctly AND you can access the videos even DURING your workout just in case you have a brain fart! :) #thankyou!!

Love it. 7 min is a great time. While at work I sit a lot so this is a good way to go in a empty room and do just 7 min of workout.
