Definitely a great app got me in a sweat fast also I’m 13 5’8 at 180 pounds but I got some muscle so this definitely is helping my confidence and my performance

I just completed my first work out. I have MS and am looking for an easy work out. This is easy but challenging at the same time, I like the tips if you can’t complete the exercise ways to still get a similar effect building you up to it.

I really like it and I just started but if I pay $4.99 will I have to pay more in the future? Im just wondering if I have to pay monthly or not.

I keep trying to use the app but it doesn’t let me. It gets to 17 and then says that the internet is not working. I’ve tried using cellular data and different WiFi networks. How do I make it work?

For being free it is a great app with great exercises if you’re trying to burn calories or loose weight I guarantee this app helps and provides you with a step by step work out with a personal trainer all for free :))

Hi, my name is Gabrielle and I am 36 years old. When I first found this amazing app, a few days ago I was searching through YouTube by typing quick and easy daily workouts. Than the first video that popped up was the fitness video. I clicked on it immediately and did the workouts it told me to do. Than it said, check out our app!! I clicked on the link and read the reviews, mostly good ones, and the app was 5 stars. So I installed it. It deserved 5 stars!! It was amazing. It was set up in a nice, neat way. Very organized, and I love it!! I am losing weight faster than ever and I love the program. It changed my life!! Me and my children are happier now that we all are getting happier and healthier!! Thanks so much for making this app!!
