Very fast, requirest almost no warming/stretching. I wish it had some animatios since im not familiar with all of the exercises.

The basic moves are the same as other 7 minute apps. What I didn't like wad the bell dinging on the count down. It was maddening. Also there was no voice to tell you the next movement. I'm either reaching for ear plugs or staring at my phone. Please give an option to turn off the bell. Please also give an option to have a voice note the next exercise. I would also recommend they you have a shuffle so that the same exercises can be performed in a different order to prevent boredom and muscle memory.

Nice layout, design and color scheme, but the sound effects need to chill just a bit. Sounds like I'm in a manga comic about to be knocked out by a ninja. Then again, I suppose they DO serve a purpose and the iPhone DOES have a volume control, but some tweaking would do this app some good.

Defiantly not high intensity but it did make me feel a bit sore the next day. I just wish it would tell me how many calories I burn afterwards? either than that it's pretty good!
