Great Tool for Core Building

This is a great app for someone who likes to get a quick workout in and likes an interface that shows how much you're accomplishing. My only criticism is that some of these would be pretty difficult for beginners starting their core from scratch. My advice to them: download the app now. On the harder exercises go as long as you can and stop, each week try to take your time up 5-10 seconds. Get after it!

An audible timer would be great as it is hard to look at the screen when doing it and some visual of how to do it correctly would also be helpful.

I only give it four stars because it does need pics to understand a couple of the planks. The short blurb given is hard to visualize if you are unfamiliar with planks. App does go well with tabata training
