I am busy. I mean really busy. Between being husband, a father to two preteen boys and an 8mo old, an educator, and an entrepreneur I have very little time to workout. I tried this app after an incident where my pants ripped from the extra 4 inches I gained around my waistline from the inactivity over the past few months of trying to normalize a schedule with a newborn (still waiting on that one). This app was a life saver! Literally. It allows me to get a quick workout in during my conference periods at school. I do 1 round three times a day. It's challenging enough to get your heart rate going but not too challenging to where you give up after 2 days. Its quick. You need little to no equipment. And It's an awesome way to ease into a fitness routine.

7 min workout is so easy to do--body weight as resistance. I can do 30 seconds of an activity even if difficult. I feel good about working key major muscle groups. Looking forward to feeling the changes is greater ease in performing.

Love this app! It's great for those busy days when I cannot make it to the gym. I know I can clear 7 minutes to help keep my body healthy.

This is a great app with workouts as hard or as easy as you can do. It's super fast so if I wake up only a few minutes before my kids I can get my workout in. No more excuses unless that's what your looking for.

Easy to follow along; I enjoyed stacking the 7-minute workout onto my walk/run for a well-rounded workout :)

I love it! With just a spare 7minutes I can get in 2-3 a day without any extra equipment and I feel amazing afterwards!!

As a mom of 4, getting to the gym can be challenging. These exercises supplement my running routine nicely.

I love this app! I can fit it into my busy lifestyle and even my kids like to do it with me. I do it along with healthy eating and lots of walking. I think it's a great addition to keep me toned.
