Paid for lifetime hints and now they are gone. Rip off. Please fix this

Updated Review: I’ve been a long time player of 7 Little Words, purchased many packs and endured a number of redesigns. A recent one, unfortunately eliminated the unlimited hints option for many of us. After two days of email discussion with the developers, they found a bug in the program, which they addressed in the most recent update. The folks I dealt with were helpful, professional and addressed my concerns in a timely and courteous manner. Other companies could learn from the BlueOx team. Well done! ***** Original Review: Not only have the developers put out a simply terrible update, but they have removed the unlimited hints option that I PURCHASED years ago. It’s like paying for a car in cash and having the dealership come to you 10 years later and say you no longer have access to the steering wheel unless you fork up more money. So disappointing!

Annoying ads

7 Little words is a really fun word game. However, having to pay a monthly fee of $3.99 or a slightly lower annual fee to avoid ads popping up after completing every puzzle is beyond annoying. I’m about to delete the app.

5 stars for the game. 0 stars rating for the 1/2022 unnecessary update. (I was made to put at least 1 star or it wouldn’t post). If it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. Why the cumbersome changes that weren’t needed?

I have loved this game for many years, and have paid to have no ads that interrupt my time. It is annoying then when ads start again. This has happened a couple of times now. Please fix this problem!
