Crashing issue

I have loved this game for a long time, but after the facelift, it crashes as it tries to load the ads between games. Very irritating to have to restart after every puzzle.

I liked this game and a few years ago I had the option to get free unlimited hints. I only used them when I was really stuck and usually just one hint would be all I needed. Now with the new version you took that away from me.

Great update, except…

I love the new options for ‘hints’ and the overall feel of the app with the update. My only complaint is I seem to have lost my unlimited ‘hints’ that I obtained over 2 years ago. I feel this is a way to get me to (re)pay for unlimited hints in the future, if this is offered.

New format is hard to read - Update

The developer replied to my review to let me know that they have made a change in the letter grouping at the bottom for iPads. The letter groupings are larger & easier to read. Looks like the made the font in the clues is a bit smaller. Developers - Thank you for listening to the reviews! The new format is hard to read. The delete / backspace button is hard to see. The new “extras” whatever they are… not necessary. The format directly before this was easy to see, and read. All buttons were accessible. The letter groups are way too small, and crammed together, because you made the clues “bigger?” There is too much space between the clues - shorten that up, give more room for the letter groups. If you insist on the extra whatever’s, put them at the bottom, out of the way, in the OLD format.

Lost Unlimited Hints

Been playing for years and paid for unlimited hints. Noticed today I only have 5. I tried restoring previous purchases and it didn’t work. Otherwise, I’m pleased with the changes.

Not happy with the 2022 update

I’ve been playing this game since the beginning. I bought a bunch of puzzle packs, I believe I paid for ad free when that became an issue and I also bought the unlimited hints when I began buying puzzle packs. Now I find out I have to buy MORE hints?! Worse, I can only buy so many as there are no more unlimited! What about those of us who already paid for the privilege of having these features?! Now you want to milk us out of more money for things we already paid for?! Sorry, your game isn’t worth it. As far as I’m concerned, I’ll be playing something else from now on. It’s a shame, this game really was helping my anxiety, too…

Bring back the old version!

New updated version makes it harder to use the tiles on the bottom and it also took away my unlimited hints that I had PURCHASED years ago! I have been a user since the beginning and really enjoyed this game until the update. Please give me back my unlimited hints or unfortunately you will lose me as a subscriber.

After playing…and paying for…this game, the latest revision turns the game into a money grab. Want hints? Pay for them, even though you've already paid for them in an earlier incarnation. I will be deleting this game.
