This program is really helpful and has been very beneficial for me. It has helped me grow as a person but also with my problems.

I think we should be able to edit our profile from iOS devices~ I also think we should be able to see when someone was exactly last active~ like if they were active over 6months ago, we should see what month and year they were active like the members accounts :) But other than that the app is pretty great dude

The mobile app is not very user friendly. It was very confusing for me to navigate, and is slow and clunky on my IPhone X. Also, it has a kind of dated look? The color scheme in general just isn't my thing I guess. I'd first suggest to update the mobile app to make it run a little faster, and if possible, a little more user friendly. I think the "Therapist" button should be moved somewhere in settings or down on the menu bar, as I accidentally click it and it's inpossible to back out. I have to force close the app. Being able to select your own "theme" for the mobile app would be great too. The color scheme and design isn’t that great, I’d like to at least be able automatically switch everything to another color. The content is great and helpful, but I have not had a great experience with the app itself.

The app overall is great it helps but if you want a personalized path specific to your specific need it will cost some money which can be an obstacle but otherwise the app is great! There are listeners you can talk to general exercises you can do or you can just talk to a little plushy tea robot if you’d rather not talk to a person?
