The game play is fine but very limited unless you pay for the extras. The computer partner is beyond dumb, and there’s no way to do anything other than standard bidding without paying. I’d be interested in some monetary amount for some features, but it’s all or nothing.

Game is ok for free, but buying upgrades such as “a smart partner” isn’t worth it. Your partner is just as dumb after the upgrade! So, enjoy the free version but don’t spend any money hoping to get a better game.
This app taught me to play 42!

My friends tried and tried to explain 42 to me but I never quite got it. Finally, I decided to download this app and see if I could learn it myself! It worked like a charm— and now I beat all of my friends when we play IRL. It’s true that the computers are not “that smart” but it doesn’t really bother me. After all, the app is free! I still lose to the computers sometimes so it keeps it exciting! Love this app!!

Please make the play of the computer reasonably intelligent. For example, not exhausting trumps when not necessary and not throwing count when the other team has obviously won the trick.

Bid 30, 3s were trump, force out the trumps and punt to my partner with a 4-2, left plays 4-6, partner plays 4-0, and right plays 4-1, I think bummer, I’m set, left leads 0-0, and partner plays 4-4, seriously?
