Solo won’t connect

Hard to love a drone that won’t fly. Had my 3dr for a few years and all of a sudden it won’t connect to the solo WiFi. Checked the password a million times and nothing.

I’m having same issue it says no connect I followed all instructions many times over and over . Why won’t it work it says connect then says no connect ugg very frustrated please fix .

Come on guys I haven’t flew my drone since last summer of 2018 and now I’m trying it this spring after finally purchasing a hero 4 only to discover the firmware hasn’t been updated in almost a year and I can’t connect an iPhone 6! Are you kidding. I’m reading reviews that date back way too far and nobody answers customer tickets on your support site????????????????????Do something! Say something! Helllllllooooooo 3DR robotics

I changed from a Samsung Tab A to a new Tab S4 and the app crashes before opening. Added the app to my IPhone X running 12.3.1 and the app doesn’t allow for closing the app.

Look, your drones are great but you need to read your reviews. I posted a review 2 years ago about the internet connection and you guys still have not fixed it or commented or anything! There have been many other people talking about how they can’t connect or their devices aren’t compatible so do us all a favor and get back to work and stop layin back, eating donuts, and watching everyone give you bad reviews for simple reasons that every other app can fix in a heartbeat...??♂️

The camera feed needs to be adjusted for iPhone. It’s very glitchy and tends to just be black. Would really help to see where I am flying.

Thanks for wasting my money, and time! I purchased a iPad mini 1 just for my solo, but after I purchased it I found out the app's not compatible, and therefore doesn't work! That's NOT what your website said. I guess I'm stuck with using my iPhone again, an iPad mini I don't need, and I'm out the money I could have used toward something with a larger monitor that actually works with your app. By the way, for this I give you 0 stars!
