I recently updated my iPhone and iPad OS to 10.3 and I can't see the video from the GoPro. The settings are correct based on 3DR's recommendations, but the app still crashes. The app needs to be optimized for IOS 10.3.

I've been using this app for about a year and I really like it. One thing to know is it will NOT work with iOS 10.3 The app will launch but crash immediately. I had to downgrade to iOS 10.2 to get it working again.

App now completely useless with latest iPhone iOS update. As everyone knows, the company is moving away from consumer drones, and with that away goes support for the drone. Be very surprised if they update the app anytime soon, but basically now the video function along with all the bells and whistles of the drone are unuseable as they were all controlled by the app. Wish I had known all this before I dropped all that cash on the drone in the first place. Mavic is definitely the way to go since they are committed to the consumer market. 3DR is not making consumer drones anymore, won't be surprised when they announce they are completely withdrawing all support of the existing Solo drones out there.

I updated my solo to latest software and am on the latest iOS and it crashes every time the fly solo button is pressed, i love the app otherwise, and before it worked perfectly, just this needs to be fixed really soon because it's a lot harder to fly without the camera view

The is nice when works but every time I will use it, it has a problem. I you need to do a quick flight you can't because it takes so long to pair everything. When pair everything the streaming does not work. When it does work the drone fails and loose signal so close to you. Is a cheap drone with a nice design and that's it. Do not expect much out of it. Disappointed. They have no support phone on US. Plus when you call Mexico you need to wait like 25 min to someone answer the phone to say the person from the department is not there.

dump your solo drone now ! ! with the latest release of 10.3.1 for the iPhones the solo app crashes immediately you can open up the app looks fine but as soon as it sees the drone it crashes the solo app .tried it on multiple phones , i've tried this software on the new iPhone on different iPhones tried different solo drones won't work on any of them and they're not supporting the software anymore . however, I can get it to work with my android devices. I have 3 of these 3DR solo drones and they do work with android but in my case I think I'm gonna sell them because soon no apps will be able to operate them ? conversely, when apple came out with the mandatory update I held off till it had to put it on the iPhone it was the same thing for the DJI GO app however, DJI came out with an update fix for both the DJI go app for the phantom 3 DGI Go 4 for the phantom 4 . I hate to say it but it's a Chinese company and in my mind they do a lot better job than American companies!
