I had a terrible time connecting the robot and then lost all my maps about a week in and was unable to get a response from the app. I tried reinstalling the app, and am now unable to login because the security codes I’m being texted are being rejected by the app as invalid.

I love the robot and the latest updates to the app, but one thing still hasn’t been fixed- I have to give a command several times and wait a long time for it to accept. It will often “time out”, which is super annoying and makes it a chore. The robot is Intended to make my life easier (which ultimately it does), but the constant issues with the app make it less enjoyable. Please fix this!! UPDATE 1/15/2020: App still works terribly. It says it has an update, but won’t install due to a “network issue”....my service in this area is fine, so I just don’t get it. Please fix your product!!!!
