It targets your workouts based on what you can already do. It's nearly impossible to find free apps with that level of customization! My only complaint is having to pay for the workouts... The individual exercises are free, but the targeted workouts you have to pay for. I also wish there was a push reminder if you haven't done it yet in a day... It gives you the option, but it has never actually reminded me.

This is a great app to help you get into decent shape if you have not been working out lately and you need to get back into it; however, it could be better. This app is only good if you actually do it, or if you're not already in great shape. It reminds you, not does it for you!

I chose it for pushing myself with planking, and the medium level is attainable but very challenging. I don't think I would choose this as my only workout app, but it's great if you're trying to excel in a certain exercise.

I downloaded this app on Saturday, used it Saturday, and Sunday for the plank challenges and was texted that all my data was now used up, despite being in a wifi zones. I have since deleted this app.

I am using this app to work on planking only right now. I love that it takes your ability level the first day to calculate how to increment the rest of your workouts. I have found building on a little more each day is much easier than I thought it would be.
