30DAYS gives you 30 day training programmes to follow. 30DAYS tailors the workouts to your fitness level. On day 1 you do as many / long of the exercise as you can, then 30DAYS works out a training plan for you.
At any point you can change the intensity level. If it's getting too hard make is easier, if it's too easy make it harder.
30DAYS can remind you the following day to do your workout, keeping you on target.
30 DAYS is integrated with Facebook so you can share your achievements with your friends and get encouragement.
30DAYS will continue to add workouts, so there will always be a workout for you.

I used to use this app daily and got away from using it. I went back and it no longer works, there is an error when launched. I deleted the app and downloaded it again, still doesn’t work. Too bad, I liked the this app a lot.
One key issue

Overall, it’s great. The concept is phenomenal! However, if your screen locks or your try to change the song playing, it pauses the time! It doesn’t keep running in the background.

This app is terrific, it provides personalized “coaching” by building a 30 day workout program to increase stamina and ability for many exercises BASED ON YOUR OWN ABILITY. Love this app, so many different exercises, my kids all dowloaded it too to help them with their training for sports.

Downloaded the app and every time I try to launch it I get the “Connecting to Mothership” status and it just times out and says network error and I must connect to the internet. I’ve tried on WiFi and LTE and nothing works. Would love to use it but unfortunately they can’t even let you start it the first time.

App is easy to use! A sound to let me know when the timer has finished, and a notification to remind me to check in with the app each day would make the app even better! ETA: There is sound if your ringer is on, so that is great :) I like the countdown to tell me how much time I have left. Added a star back

I do this with a group of friends and we take screenshots of our results and share it. The app is simple and effective. The ads aren’t troublesome to me. I just ignore them. Would like to see the ability to share daily results with a group of people I make, not through Facebook or some other social media.
