I started my fitness journey with this app at home because I was never out about going to the gym in the shape I was in. This app has challenge me at home and it has been GREAT!!! I feel myself getting stronger and better everyday. I love that it is really a challenge and if you are a check things off your list person like myself, the feeling of accomplishment when I get that green completion check motivates me to get another check the next day. BIG Thank You to the developers of this app. I only wish I could post pictures on day 1 and day 30 ?
I originally gave this a 5 star rating. Changed it to a two because it constantly asks me to review this app after already having done so.
It's very helpful and easy. Love to use it so far. Keeps me motivated and wanting to continue ! Awesome app!
20 days and already seeing change. Some of the exercises are literally impossible to do the number of reps they suggest but I just did what I thought made sense.
The has been a great motivation, to keep m on track with my workouts! I have shared with friends.
