It's good for a challenge and tracking but doesn't always let you save your time & finish.

This app is great for the workouts it offers and the recording of your progress, but it does not have the Apple Health app integration, or any type of other fitness/health app integration for that matter. This is something that must be added soon.

I liked it at first but then one day to the next it went from 35 seconds to 60 seconds! This was unacceptable to me considering I was doing the super easy beginner level! Every second is excruciating, so this 25 second progression within a day did not sit well with me. I eventually deleted the app because it was quite discouraging and I felt defeated after that. Could we please have a much slower progression for us super beginners?

I am way out of shape and my friend coerced me into a 30 day challenge. I don't exercise at all so I figured I would fail very quickly. I was surprised by how many challenging but completable routines there were and I made it all the way to the end, Day 30! I definitely feel like it is helping and am starting another higher level challenge next week. Highly recommend.

Very good app. Avoid the temptation to overestimate your level. The days do get more intense pretty rapidly.
