Sneaky and I don’t like it

I decided to cancel my subscription to this app and it is so difficult to do so! I’ve gone through the App Store, through my settings, and searched my emails and they’re making me bend over backwards just to cancel $4.99/m. Ridiculous. I’ve had to contact my bank to go ahead and block them and even they have advised me not to recommend this to anyone in the future.

Too many glitches

I started using this app a year ago and loved the ability to play my Spotify seamlessly with the app. I loved how this app let me work out from my living room using minimal equipment. About a couple months ago, that’s when it started going downhill. This app has been having way too many glitches. I will try to pull up a workout, and it will freeze just pulling it up. Not to mention the numerous times it will freeze in the middle of the workouts or even just trying to pull up a playlist. I tried to start using the app a week ago in hopes that it would’ve gotten better, and it has not. Figure it out 30 day fitness!!

This is a paid app!! But if I have to get a new phone or reset for some reason all my progress is completely lost! That needs to be changed! Otherwise I like it.

I loved this app until I had to upgrade my phone. There is no ready way to update your status from the old to the new mobile. And if you start afresh you get charged for a second subscription without any warning. No obvious way to contact the developer from within the app (there’s a secret four finger key you only find after hunting about on the website), also no obvious way to download and update data. And got no response from the developer after finally contacting them. All in all, a very negative support experience for what could be a great app.
