Finally a long lasting search came to an end ...... till date best app for journal of workout. Not only gives you learning videos but also helps you keep track of what you do. Fantastic

Quick way to deceive people to pay

Meme grocers

It asks you immediately to try the app but below in small letters it says after 7 days, it’ll charge u $8 per month. This is not a free app whatsoever as if you are doing 30 day challenges then there is no way to complete one challenge within 7 days. I don’t like companies who do this to people and I would have been more than happy to pay had given a package option that was CLEAR

You pay

Nothing is free in the world of this app

Not a fan

TAB1972

Every time I click on a day it automatically routes me to a paid subscription screen. I can’t figure out how to log anything and I’m not the only one. Makes the app useless.

pretty good

Easy to use body weight exercises with no special equipment. It gets my Heart going. Great short workout to get you fit

awesome

Collmyhill

Easy to find instructions and plans to motivate yourself but as a person who does not exercise much I find it quiet hard! Actually can feel moat of my body muscles so I guess it works!

good

Awesome! Super convenient – makes it so simple to do a workout wherever I am and with no time to set up or equipment needed! Offers instructions with videos for first time use or for technique/ form refreshers

Do not bother

StefCase

These apps use to be free and you would be able to actually use them. I updated the app and realized now they want a subscription fee. It’s ridiculous. Google the workout people and print out the chart. Don’t bother downloading this unless you want to pay for something that was free!

Great so far!

This is a great little app. It only takes me about 15 minutes to complete the day’s checklist. I literally roll out of bed and complete the exercises next to my bed. I’m a very active but not super committed to exercise programs. So I started on Advanced 1 and that seems to be a good starting spot for a quick morning sweat that leaves space for more exercise on my own if I want.

This app is trash.

First of all they want you to pay for it before you use it. And so I did. But a week later it’s wanting me to pay again when it says that paying lasts a month. And I was doing really good on my challenges too.
