I have been using this app for quite some time now and I couldn’t be more impressed. This app actually gives me the motivation to work out. I really enjoy all the features this app provides as well. Couldn’t imagine a better workout app!

I love the fact that this app shows me how to use all of mine in home training equipment and also shows me how to use them correctly this is way better then paying for a personal trainer when you can have one on your phone and open it at your convenience

Free download for 7 day trial. Otherwise NOTHING is free - because the asked for a reciew before I could see content! And they asked for meto log in again. Apparently, there IS content. Anyway Ive got other apps that less annoying.
