the fact that there is a calendar, almost like an advent that you check off, really helps to stay motivated and keep going!

I just downloaded this so I haven’t done a workout with it yet. I’m a little disappointing though because the advanced levels are locked—you have to by the Pro version. It’s not too surprising since it’s free, but it would have been good to know that two out of the six levels are locked.

Doesn’t account for age ot fitness level By the 7th day they want you up to 40 sit-ups. That’s a bit aggressive for a beginner one and 70 years old.

This is a great app to help me get the body i want but this is embarrassing but i don’t know big I’m doing a sit up correctly because i have something holding down my feet

I love this app and I love it because I have always been insecure and wanted to do something about it but never had the time. With this I’m loosing weight and only in 15-30 minutes or less! I live this app and totally recommend it! ❤️❤️❤️❤️


It is a good app

It is a very good app. The first week of exercises will be hard but then you will get used to it. This is not like other apps that you have to pay for the second day. This app doesn't need payment. I suggest that everybody should download it.
