No longer working on iphone

This stopped working on iphone iOS 14.3. Quits immediately after waiting for thumbprint. It's unusable now.

The most important feature on this amazing app is it’s backup and synchronization feature. It’s brings me great peace knowing my tokens are backed up to my iCloud, if configured adequately iCloud is extremely secure. Thank you for making this incredible app.

The only improvement I would like is support for LassPass 2FA, because I’ve never liked their authenticator app.

garbage!!

i had this a while back, deleted it because it was garbage. i was able to get it to work with just one service, so then i deleted it and found a better one... the service i was able to get it to work with now requires this crap app. tried re-installing but it says i need the latest 13.4 ios.... then prompted that i am able to download an older version - but that doesn’t work either... just garbage app in every way.

ICloud Backup Not Available

I loaded the app and it works, but when I go to backup my codes it says “iCloud is not available” (big red banner at the bottom of the app). I have FS2A enabled in my iCloud settings on my phone. I thought this was a feature? How do I get this to work? Tried finding the solution by doing a Google search and come up with nothing.

App crash and poor dev support

The app was crashing on startup for me. I emailed support, who was able to fix it by disabling iCloud sync in iOS settings. They then closed the ticket without actually fixing the issue.
