This app is very convenient and very easy to maneuver. I like it so much more than the website!! It’s fast, easy, and straight to the point.

The app is very convenient, but when I pull up attachments from my correspondence, I cannot read any of them. It will not allow you to make them larger. I nearly missed correspondence, because I couldn’t read it.

The app needs to be updated so that when a claimant clicks on a button in the home screen it automatically opens the next section. Too often I have to click on a button at least three times before anything happens, and then, it opens three times. It’s quite annoying.

This app reminds me a lot of some people I have dealt with at the WIN job center. What they have in common? They are both completely useless.
Convenient app

Very convenient but would be helpful for reference if we could look back on the prior info we recorded. Also if there were other more appropriate choices for certain types of work such as fill in or temp.. just a thought. Otherwise easy and convenient.
