Quick & Convenient!

Almost a perfect app

musicfanatic53

Surprisingly this app is nearly perfect. It makes filing extremely quick and easy and is very convenient. My only complaint is that it’s slow to switch screens from the home menu. If it were faster I’d have no complaints.

Improvement but still needs work

Chicagobabe3

It was easier to file on here, but still confusing because of the wording where it asks if you have contacts to enter. When there are clearly Work searches there. It should be phrased differently such as “are there any additional work searches you would like to enter in addition to the ones in your work log”?

Convenient!

I’m impressed with the App! Call-ins are time consuming for the MDES staff, and i just couldn’t get along with the previous MDES website, i tried many times but it just wouldn’t let me in for some reason. I downloaded the app a couple weeks ago and just used it for the first time. Thanks for a Better system!

Love it

Easy to use!! I like it better than the actual website.

Bugs

Lots of bug fix issues

Good except

RewandHarper

The work search criteria and the choices available do not match. There is no option available to simply record the jobs you’ve searched for.

Crammed

The X is to close to the next page > please fix that until then it’s ok

Great and easy to use app.

Easy but needs some updates

Msibra

The app is very convenient and easy to use. There are some areas that need some attention. When filing weekly certs, the options are either yes or no. Perhaps a different selection or pop up after entering the three required searches. Also, link to website would be nice as well as perhaps incorporate job search into the app. Access to previous files weeks would be a definite change, not to edit but simply reference. Otherwise, the app is worth using. Thanks.
