Five Years Plus.

I have been using 1password for at least five years and have looked at other methods without ever wanting to change. 1password manages over 200 items for my family seamlessly between devices, including passwords, credit cards, passport &ID info, etc. can’t imagine ‘leaving home’ without it. ss

Miserable, painful startup

Started this with high hopes for convenience and enhanced security, but the misery of the startup is so profound that I may never get to the point of enjoying any of the benefits. It was designed by either monkeys or 8 year olds, probably both. Back into the vortex to try to learn how to use the simplest most basic features. Wish me luck.

I have been trying to use this program for several weeks now. I can add an account and password, but the next time i try to use it from the 1 password list i get a wrong password message. Have not been able to contact customer support for assistance.

I love the fact that I can sync across apps and ecosystems. With that said, the app continually asks for the master password despite me asking it not to. It was working fine before the update.

Password beta for Mac

I have used 1Password for years but find the beta version frustrating. When logging in to a site from my iMac, it says to log in near or overlaying the user name or password. I already logged into the main page. I think that it’s wanting me to open the toolbar icon? It is frustrating and time waste. When I updated to 7, I ended up with five copies of everything and I am still working on that, having to make sure that I don’t archive the current correct one.
