I’ve had this app for 3 years and was so happy with it . Even telling all my employees and family to get it ( which they did ) But last week out of nowhere .. my password didn’t work . I tried entering it again and again .. and try again. Took me so much time to get a support email .. and find a phone number ..which doesn’t let you speak to someone but rather tells you to email or find help online The app says it has never been hacked .. well.. to reset my account I tried every email I ever had / have .. and no account was found .. so guess what I’ve been HACKED Still no email answer .. been a few days .. Sorry I recommended this . I loved this app and now I’m lost .. all my passwords to all my accounts are lost .. They need an overhaul Dom

I have locked myself out of this app several times because it only lets you do face recognition twice before you have to input your password. They make you make your master password so difficult with criteria that i can never my own password. This has only caused more frustration instead of being helpful.

Tried to get it to start saving my passwords but literally couldn’t figure out how even after spending quite a bit of time on the website. 35 y/o Apple user for over a decade. Deleting canceling etc why did someone recommend this to me it does not work

Very frustrating in generating a password. It’s quite a bit easier now to use apple key chain.

Don’t know how I’d get on without this application. I even set it up for my elderly mother who writes her passwords in a small address book that she keeps in a “safe place”. Because I helped her put her password into 1Password she was able to buy a flight online when the airlines were too busy to answer phone calls in the pandemic. 1Password allows me to keep all my many passwords fresh and secure. I don’t know how people get by without using it.

1Password used to be great. The iPadOS Safari extension is poorly designed (what is this “toolbar” it tells me to use?) and often doesn’t work at all (when I attempt to copy a password, nothing happens). I have turned it off and gone back to the old system.

Hoping to get some phone support but there are a lot of things for novice that are frustrating and confusing
