My Lovely wife has been struggling with overeating, and all of the emotions that go along with it, for a few years now. She was defeated. She used this app, was excited there is a "way out", and is re-energized to begin one day at a time. I'm very thankful!

I had the app on my phone for a while before I began to use it. I love the gratitude list. Such an easy way to count my blessings instead of letting my mind drift into unhealthy food thoughts. So glad I have this app. ?
Total waste of money

$10 is a complete waste of money for this app. The only additional features that I see from purchasing this app for $10 is the ability to email or text your journal and the ability to set the pin code. I thought that by buying this App it would open a whole lot of extra features but that is not the case. Thoroughly disappointed and will be deleting the app.

This app has really made committing my food to my sponsor easier. I had to purchase the premium version. When I consider the amount of $$$ I used to waste on food, $10 on a recovery tool is a bargain! I would like to see a section for "Action Plan" and "Out Reach Calls". It be great to be able to email and/or text those also. Isolating is a big issue for addicts so being able to commit that to someone else would be a big help. Another good section would be one that tracks meetings attended. I've used the app the last couple of days and I really like it. Can't wait to see what other program related apps are next!
