Use it every day!

Highly recommend

Great app. Alerts me as long as you have the notifications on, the only issue I have is with my own GPS on my phone.

apple watch compatibility

love the phone app (5 starts for that) but was expecting more from the apple watch version - especially since i paid almost $8 for it. there are no options to select anything from apple watch (only to view duration times) and also wish u didn't need your phone close by to use either.... hopefully there will be some improvements in the near future!

Good to coast

So far I really like the app. Preparing for a relay race. Could be a bit more intuitive. The reminders were on and now off. The music wouldn't play now does. I probably need more time messing with the app before use. Not sure if it maps my run etc..

Great App

I started with the free 5k version, saw the progress I was making, and said, "Why stop at 5??" Bought the 10K app! Great features, good pace, and only requires (at the moment at least) 3 days a week. Loving it as someone getting into running after years of not.

Solid App

Update 07/17: I like the app (really should anyone have to use this app as much as I do? Injury/laziness = stop running then lets go back to the app again. Notifications continue to be an issue for me. In week 1, you will hear the tone then voice tell you that you are half way (which throws me off because I started running), then tone again "Begin running," tone, "You are half way." This problem has continued into week 3 - it's not handling the placement of the half way indication with the next run. I've heard them so much, I know what to expect. If I lock the screen on the app then push the power button to turn off the screen, you will not hear audio notifications. If you lock the screen in the app and put your phone away and allow your settings to turn off the screen after your preset time, notifications work. Frustrating because it's habit for me to hit the power button to lock/turn off screen. If I lock the screen in the app and swap to my music app and lock with power button, notifications don't work. Mind you when you take the time to pull the phone BACK out, you will see all your missed notifications on the notification screen. Fix these issues and this will be lot better. Update 01/17: This is a solid app for anyone looking to do the C25K program (and beyond). I still haven't run with the watch again since I use my garmin to track runs to keep all my data. Now if y'all will figure out a way to stop asking if I like the app after every run session. ___ Previous Update: Good Gracious. I finally figured out the notification issue. Now for the watch issue. ____ I've tested lots of c25k apps. I thought this one was my favorite. Gave me the c25k program and beyond to 10k. Wasn't there a screen lock? It doesn't work in the background - I don't even have the option to make it work in the background. If I start the app and move to my music app, it stops prompting you. If I lock my phone, it stops promoting. It is be the app on the screen and active. Once in a while, I'll get the stray prompt, "you can starting walking." Huh? I was walking. Did I miss a run prompt? It messes with your brain when that happens. The app for the apple watch is worthless. It only refreshes when you lift your arm to look at the screen. I can't remember if I started it on my phone or watch, but the watch app completed the warm up countdown and then just stayed at zero. It never prompted for run or anything. So if it's not prompting with a little noise or vibration I can't use it since that is all its supposed to do.

Training for 10K in November, a half in Feb

I have used a few different running Apps but keep coming back to this one over the years. It is what I need to stay consistent and put in the time to get race ready. My only complaint is that when I have location set to "only while in use" it still stays on once the work out is complete. So before every run I have to turn it on and off after my work out.

Great App!

For me from overweight and couch to 10k and soon Half Marathon.

Resets progress

NellyGirl1999

I just finished a run and closed the app. Then when I reopened today to see how far I ran, it reset to zero.
