What’s the point

Did I really just add snippets for 355 days just to have the app crash every time when I try to watch the whole thing? This is a joke.

It’s December 21st 2019 and I’m coming up on my year mark since starting 1SE and using it everyday. Since I started January 1st 2019 I’ve been able to look back on my year and appreciate all the amazing people and events in my life and it’s possible because of this app. Keep up the great work!!
Can’t see #of snippets on calendar anymore

I love this app The new version no longer shows if you have one or two snippets saved on a day. Now it’s going to be hard to find the day I need to add a second snippet!
unable to watch mashed video

was great until i went back into it for the first time in a month or so and i am unable to watch the mashed video and every time it goes to load the app crashes to my home screen. can’t delete and redownload app because i want my video to save.

Paid for the app, but they decided to reduce features so I no longer get what I paid for. Ridiculous.

I love this app, and have been using it for 3 years now. The issue is the more changes made to the app (more frequently now too) the more disinterested I become. I hate the vertical set up of the app. I wish it were optional to have the old horizontal layout. And more just on preference, I’m not a fan of the new boxes that display the videos, or lack thereof. Everything feels condensed and squished together. Overall, I’d really like to see the app accommodate to the older set up for people who have been using it for quite some time. The vertical layout itself is what I really hate about it.
Great app but latest version crashes all the time

I love this app and have been using it for two years, but the latest version (Version 3.3 (build 1517)) is really buggy, insufficient testing. It keeps crashing. Very frustrating. I love the app and will keep using it but will be eagerly awaiting the updated version.

I love this app, but the latest version just changed the formatting of the pictures from now going forward... so halfway through the video the dimensions get smaller and you see the black on either side. I guess I’m a bit of a perfectionist but formatting is important to me! Waiting for a later edition where you can CHOOSE the formatting that works for you and we can all be happy!
