Best mobile TCG hands down

Great game terrible customer service

I played this game a couple of years ago and I loved it everything from the graphics to the gameplay was beautiful, I tried coming back earlier this year and they implemented a backup program that I guess didn’t automatically happen before. Due the the system my account was lost. I have sent them screen shot after screen shot of the many many purchases I made, and still they say they can’t find my account. I am very dissatisfied with the customer service I have received from Konami. If they can fix their customer service and manage to recover the account using all the info they asked for and I have provided I will gladly change the tone and review given, but until then I can’t justify anything more than one star with this level of customer service, and wish I didn’t have to give them the one.
Micro transaction infested game

This game used to be one of the best Yu-Gi-Oh! there was, now it’s infested with micro transactions and the game offers little to no support if you have any issues. At 4.99 for a deck and 0.99 for a support pack this game has probably over 100 or so of these micro transactions. But hey, their reasoning behind it is totally cool, on their website it says this: “Yu-Gi-Oh! Cards in the Support Packs and Decks are only available through real money transaction, but hey… they’re worth it!”. So yeah hey, 4.99 for a deck of digital cards that you lose as soon as somethings happens to your account, totally worth it! I wouldn’t mind having some but this is just insane. Sure you can go F2P but then you also have to accept that the majority of the cards will be locked behind this gigantic paywall. So if you’re looking for a fun game and are a big fan of Yu-Gi-Oh! I would not recommend it. You might have some fun for the first 15 minutes all until you want to make your own deck and realise that most of the cards you need are locked behind that paywall. Chances of them removing these paywalls are extremely slim as they have this kind of thing on most of their other games too.

Omgknight is a hacker, he has 3 solem strike and 3 solem warning in his deck. Please I need to report but this app doesn’t have a report thing
Outdated & Horrible Customer Support

The game hasn’t been updated and over two years and has absolutely awful customer support. The game will very brick very often and cards will sometimes stop working all together. Customer support almost always refuses to provide any help whatsoever with purchasing problems. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM KONAMI! Don’t spend any money on Duel Generation or Duel Links, just use something like YGOPro or choose a different card game until Konami decides to clean their nonsense up. SPOILER ALERT: They probably won’t. Don’t support them at all.

Would you like to activate a card? ,no,no,no,no,no,no,no “oh I forgot to battle “ opponent’s tun: would you like to activate a card, before draw, after draw, before M1, during, after ,Battle, M2, end? Your draw...no,no,no,no,no,no, what was the card again? Sure, oh, no(too bad)... I get it but uggh, gotta be a better way, set an intention or something, a panic button. I just wanted to see about what a deck devastating (&crush) dark blade deck would do 10 years later. Seems like I can only get specific boosters etc, no singles even. Gave you 4 just cause, old times sake.
