Outdated & Horrible Customer Support – Yu-Gi-Oh! Duel Generation Review

The game hasn’t been updated and over two years and has absolutely awful customer support. The game will very brick very often and cards will sometimes stop working all together. Customer support almost always refuses to provide any help whatsoever with purchasing problems. DON’T BUY ANYTHING FROM KONAMI! Don’t spend any money on Duel Generation or Duel Links, just use something like YGOPro or choose a different card game until Konami decides to clean their nonsense up. SPOILER ALERT: They probably won’t. Don’t support them at all.
