The mobile app is incredibly annoying to use with the newest update. I regularly enter time after the fact, sometimes weeks at a time. This new “spinning dial” UI makes it infuriating to select a time that’s earlier in the day. I end up spinning my finger around 12 times to select the right time. And if you don’t select the date, time, or duration in the right order it overwrites whatever edits you made in a different section. More finger spinning! Please just give us some inputs. All the fancy dials are just slowing me down. I don’t want to spend 20 minutes catching up on my time inputs. It looks nice, but the usability is suffering.

The new app is absolutely terrible! The old app was significantly better. You can no longer manually set the start end end times!? Instead you have to use a slider and military time!? Who thought this was a good decision!? Bring back the old app!!

Our team started using Toggl and had consistant issues with time not being logged at all, duplicate entries, or the service being totally down.
Will change to 5 star if you fix this

I want my old time logs and info synced into the new app. I will not stop using the old one until my projects and logs can be moved over along with the new app.
New update is terrible

I was forced to update and everything is different. I can’t go back and edit start times with a clock. When I click on a line item, it duplicates to a 2 sec time instead of opening the line. Several other issues, when it just needs to be able to do one thing. This app is no longer usable for me, will delete.

Used to love it. Now I hate it. You lost me. Time to find a new tracker. If it isn’t broken, don’t fix it.

I prefer the old method of tracking time than the new one. There’s a lot less buttons to press and I like the swiping gestures. Keep this one!

The previous version of this was so much easier to interact with. Things have now become clunky and hard to work with. The older version was so much easier to go back and put in time manually instead of having to just start a timer right off the back. Would love to see a simpler way to go back and add information in. App still has a lot of good features, but when it isn’t broke don’t try and fix it.
