Mobile app is useless now

ripzite

This used to be a good companion to the desktop app but now it’s worthless. No way to create reports, you can no longer change times unless you use a sliding bar that never stops on the times you need, everything is in military time now and there is no way to change it. Basically this app has been reduced to a start and stop button. So much functionality lost to “pretty design.” As a designer myself, I shake my head at the disregard for user experience.

They fixed what wasn’t broken

Old toggl helped me see the importance of tracking my time, and made is easy and quick to do so. It helped with being productive by giving me data on how I spend my time. The newest release is clunky and hard to use. I am actively looking for an alternative.

Great just forced me to the new version

Concept is ok... I use the desktop... now you are forcing us to move to a new app from the AppStore... but the problem is nothing carries over... the new app is basically blank even after signing on. AND how can you release an app that doesn’t support tablets.... do you realize that most productive people (and those that would want a productivity app like Toggl) would also be using a tablet... seriously how hard would it have been to take tablets into consideration. It doesn’t even work well on my iPhone 6plus... Oh well wasted time and money once again.

Worse than the previous version

MEGCEG

This version is worse than the previous one. It’s incredibly frustrating to try to adjust the time on a task you’ve complemented. The tab basically lets you make changes in 5 min increments only and even getting that right is hard because The tab is so sensitive it quickly adds or decreases the amount of time more than you’d like. The layout also seems worse, with smaller labels and a less intuitive feel.

This version is broken

Toggl is a great tool, this version is HORRIBLE. The old app at least worked. Swipe up to see history is a terrible interface for the iPhone X and the landing page that is supposed to show you your latest time entries does not work for me.

Newly useless

We've used Toggl so much at work that it's part of our vocabulary. It was central to our start up work with crazy hours. The new version has nearly none of the function of the old version. Why release something that's worse? And I don't need any placating "change is hard." What I need now is a different app.

Add your two most important features

CherryCin

The app looks great but please add the manual timer and the reports features please! If I had known these two important features were missing, I wouldn’t have even bothered to download the new app. *Also: The app freezes when you refresh it when you first open it.

Can't use this app anymore

Toggl just became bad. You no longer can use this app to track the time, it got disabled. I can't install the new app, because it requires iOS 10.3 which is not supported by my phone.

Horrible changes

Cjsnyds

So frustrated and disappointed that you have taken away functionality. The fact that I can no longer hit start and end times and have it calculate how many hours makes this app about just as good as handwriting and a timesheet. I’ve been using this app for years and am extremely disappointed in this update. This is probably the worst changes I’ve seen to an app.
