You are a scam. You took my 3,500 but do you guys think you are going to spend that money no. God will punish you guys. All you guys could do is this. You think you could scam someone and go freely no. I will ensure something gets done with you guys. You stupid Indian people. I hope that you ask for forgiveness after what you did to my sister and I. How can you be this heartless and still from kids who have little to know money. We should have known but we thought you guys were apple trying to him. You will try and try but one day you will get caught. We gave you guys to police. What ever you do in life; you will get caught one day always remember that. And when you steal from people that money will never satisfy you because it’s not yours. You got us but you won’t get us again.

I am having trouble with my MacBook and was Googling Apple care phone numbers and they came up. When I called they said my account was locked out after they had me download this app. This app lets them access your phone! This was a first for me and usually I pick up on scams, but assumed at first that they were legit cause I looked them up. They did NOT answer as Apple though so it’s totally on me. Let this be a warning to anyone else looking for tech support help. They had me log onto my bank account app to see if a dollar was posted. I questioned them on this and closed the app quickly and said there was nothing there. I hung up on them and they did not call back. Going to have to monitor everything for unauthorized charges now, but my Apple Pay was to a old canceled debit and my other card is attached to a different bank so hopefully I didn’t give them enough information or time to steal information. I feel so stupid now....

I googled Apple Support and it brought me to the phone number 213-314-2484. I called and they had me download this app. Tried to get me to pay money to help fix my problem. When I started questioning them they immediately hung up. Obviously scammers. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP.

Maybe it’s a good app, but a lot of BAD people use it. I tried to fix my problem with “verify server identity” and people if you can call them people Tried to steal my money. Be careful Peace
