Screen sharing doesn’t work

When I do screen sharing broadcast I don’t receive the TeamViewer ID to see the LiveView of the iOS device. I can only connect and share screenshots. My org. has license corporate license for 5 channels.
It doesn’t do screen mirroring anymore

After upgrading to latest version of iOS and installing the QS update. It no longer mirrors the iPhone or iPad screen anymore. QS used to provide the second remote ID number after starting the broadcast. Now it doesn’t. Is there any fix for this.

I’m not sure why there are bad reviews. If you follow the instructions, it works just fine. I’ve used it on iPads and iPhones, including iPhone X.
What does “fixed two crashes” mean?

Do you mean fixed two problems that cause the app to crash? Do you mean addresses two people’s concerns of the app’s crashing?
