Overall good app, but REALLY needs to offer the ability to set securities price alerts (you can only do this on the website, currently).

The Schwab app is pretty much like the brokerage, well conceived and easy to navigate. As a long time Schwab customer I have never been disappointed.

One of the very few companies I enjoy dealing with. Everyone is so polite and helpful. You guys are right there with American Express

Online trading screen is not intuitive. Very clunky Desktop transactions are easier

I liked this app a lot more before they made some changes for the worse. Now it crashes and freezes on me daily. It’s very frustrating especially when you are trying to trade actively. It’s a perfect example of making things worse by trying to improve an already good thing.

How can such an app not ask for customer feedback? Schwab MUST add a "feedback" menu to get ideas and remarks from its clients. A phone number is NOT a feedback mechanism for product managers. There are a lot of little inconveniences in this app, that could easily be corrected and make a great experience. Eg: - sorting orders: orders on calls are separated from orders on put, also separated from orders on stock. It's a mess. On the website it's grouped by stock. - 2 consecutive orders get easily mixed on the UI. - trades on options: the form is clunky and too slow to complete. - no way to easily close a combined trade on options. ... and so on... Overall the app is well organized and processes are good. It looks outdated but it's not the point, I personally don't mind. However many details on the UI should be refined to make it efficient and convenient.

I’ve used Charles Schwab for my investment/banking since 1992 and have been totally satisfied on all accounts. My children all use Schwab as well.
